Connecting Streams

Connecting Streams equips and mobilizes the Church to help society’s marginalized know Jesus and experience His power to change the world.

Connecting Streams is growing nationally and operates locally in Ottawa. They are committed to bring the Good News to those in our city whom society may consider marginalized.

Currently we have Teams serving at St Vincent's Hospital; a long term care facility in Center Pointe; a Seniors building downtown; a widow grief program in the west end; a post prison ministry downtown and Alpha in Kinburn.

Connecting Streams provides volunteer training and you will work as part of a vibrant  team committed to fulfilling the Great Commission here in Ottawa.

living hope post prison ministry

We are a people from a variety of experiences who gather regularly: former prisoners and friends who celebrate the grace we have received in Jesus Christ. We welcome and celebrate one another, regardless of religious or criminal convictions, knowing we are all in need of mercy.  We ask that all participants be 18 years of age or older. Our dream for Living Hope Post-Prison Ministry is to create a safe and welcoming space where former prisoners and their friends can find community and follow Jesus.
